From the time of the initial consultation, through the planning of our wedding and right down to the minute of the reception, the staff at EVENTSTAGERS were exceptional. We’re talking about going above and beyond what was expected. They were extremely resourceful and took away a lot of our stress. The vision we described and articulated during the initial consultation was exactly what EVENTSTAGERS delivered. Where our ideas were a little rough on the edges, EVENTSTAGERS staff helped us to flesh them out nicely, and to consider more viable alternatives. Where our ideas were good, they were readily embraced and documented. Prior to the event, staff from EVENTSTAGERS did a lot of leg work to ensure that key persons at the two venues and the vendors we had contracts with were all on the same page as to what we expected our wedding to be. On the day of the wedding, the chair covers were impeccably set up, and the sashes were tied around the chairs with a consistency that was just a sight to behold. Beyond that, the center pieces were absolutely gorgeous, and all the flowers used in creating the bridal bouquet, corsages and boutonnières were impeccably fresh. The decor in the church was so well done that even after the ceremony, our guests were seen all over the church taking pictures against some of the unique creations of EVENTSTAGERS. The dinner tables, gift tables, Disc Jockey’s table and the sweet heart table each looked like something out of a page from a high end magazine. We highly recommend EVENTSTAGERS without any reservations to anyone who is looking to put a classy and memorable event together.
